Need mobility assistance?
Departures Curbside
There are accessible drop-off locations on the Departures level inner curbs of both Terminals where a pre-arranged attendant can meet you and offer assistance into the Terminal. These zones have large accessibility symbols, cut curbs, tactile walking strips, seating, a phone with large print and Braille signage, and a QR code to request assistance:
- Terminal 1: Posts 9, 21, 37
- Terminal 3: Posts 17, 29
If you're an Air Canada passenger and need assistance at the curb, please call 416-776-2700 or send an email to dispatch@aascanada.com to pre-arrange curbside assistance. For all other passengers, contact your airline at least 48 hours before your flight and let them know you’ll need assistance at the curb.
The pre-arranged attendant can also meet you at the parking, Sheraton hotel, Alt hotel and UP Express. Assistance is available approximately three hours prior to your flight’s departure.
