Travelling to/from Toronto Pearson and need mobility assistance?

Curbside assistance

Contact your airline at least 48 hours before your flight and tell them you’ll need assistance with mobility or equipment from the curb to the airplane or vice versa. Let them know about any specific supports you use. For Air Canada passengers only, please call 416-776-2700 or send an email to dispatch@aascanada.com to pre-arrange curbside assistance.

There are accessible drop-off locations on the Departures level inner curbs of both Terminals where an attendant can meet you and offer assistance into the Terminal. These zones have large accessibility symbols, cut curbs, tactile walking strips, seating, a phone with large print and Braille signage, and a QR code to request assistance. Here are the drop off zones on Departures:

Terminal 1: Posts 9, 21, 37
Terminal 3: Posts 17, 29

The attendant can also meet you at the parking, Sheraton hotel, Alt hotel and UP Express. Assistance is available approximately three hours prior to your flight’s departure.

Note: there is no designated drop off area on the Arrivals level at this time. However, Express Pass is available, where you can park for up to 20 minutes for free when picking up or dropping off passengers. Book your free Express Pass.

Picking up a loved one?

If you are driving, use the most convenient parking building. Once you have parked, proceed to the terminal to collect your loved one.

If you are meeting your loved one outside the terminal, please proceed to the Arrivals Level of the appropriate Terminal. Note that drivers are not to park or leave their vehicles unattended in these areas. Read more about passenger pick-up and drop-off.
