Travel rehearsal program

The Travel Rehearsal Program is for travellers with disabilities to practice their journey ahead of their trip.

You can book a time to come to the airport before your actual travel. You'll take a guided walk-through of your airport route and the accessibility features available at the airport.

How it works

  • You must have a confirmed travel ticket and sign a release form.
  • Book your rehearsal 2 to 4 weeks before your travel date.
  • Group size: one passenger with a disability plus up to two caregivers/parents/guardians.
  • Session time: held on Tuesdays or Wednesdays in the late morning (exact time TBD).
  • Session length: approx. 60 minutes for domestic travel; 90 minutes for international.
  • You'll go through standard security screening during the rehearsal.
  • Tours follow the route relevant to your journey. Aircraft boarding, retail, or dining stops are not included.

How to book

We are currently not booking rehearsals for the upcoming winter and holiday months of November, December, and January, and are fully booked for the month of October. Please monitor this webpage for when we re-open the program in the near year. We appreciate your understanding.
