Accessible kiosks

Accessible self-service check-in kiosks are available in the departures areas of Terminals 1 and 3.

All check-in kiosks are fully accessible through the departures level of Terminal 1 and 3. Contact your airline for more information.

Features: 

  • Keypad with Braille labelling and tactile keys that you can operate it with one hand.
  • Headphone jack with volume control for audible instructions.
  • Anti-glare coating for easy reading in bright lights.
  • Wheelchair-accessible height (like all kiosks at Toronto Pearson).
