Accessible kiosks

Accessible self-service check-in kiosks are available in the departures areas of Terminals 1 and 3.

All check-in kiosks are fully accessible through the departures level of Terminal 1 and 3. Contact your airline for more information.

Keypad with braille labelling and tactile keys so that you can operate it with one hand.
Headphone jack with volume control for audible instructions.
Anti-glare coating for easy reading in bright lights.
Wheelchair-accessible height (like all kiosks at Toronto Pearson).
