The Travel Rehearsal Program is for travellers with disabilities to practice their journey ahead of their trip.
You can book a time to come to the airport before your actual travel. You'll take a guided walk-through of your airport route and the accessibility features available at the airport.
How it works
- You must have a confirmed travel ticket and sign a release form.
- Book your rehearsal 2 to 4 weeks before your travel date.
- Group size: one passenger with a disability plus up to two caregivers/parents/guardians.
- Session time: held on Tuesdays or Wednesdays in the late morning (exact time TBD).
- Session length: approx. 60 minutes for domestic travel; 90 minutes for international.
- You'll go through standard security screening during the rehearsal.
- Tours follow the route relevant to your journey. Aircraft boarding, retail, or dining stops are not included.
