All washrooms and family washrooms have wheelchair-accessible toilets.
Assisted changerooms – "Changing Places"
We offer two assisted changerooms designed for people who need extra help with using a toilet or changing continence pads.
Locations
- Terminal 1 – Before security, Domestic Arrivals Hall
- Terminal 3 – Before security, Domestic Arrivals
How to use
These are first-come, first-served. When you arrive, press the intercom button and someone will open the door remotely right away. Please allow extra time if someone is already using the space.
Please allow for extra time in case someone is already using the changeroom.

- Wall-mounted changing table (max weight ~250 lbs)
- Hoist
- Standard toilet with raised seat and back support
- Accessible sink
- Fold-down support arms and vertical grab rails
- Paper towel dispensers
- A privacy screen
- Shower
Please note: These rooms do not include a sling. You must bring your own sling and check weight limits.
