Nominations

Awards are open to individuals and organizations. To see what criteria is required for each tier, read the application guide (PDF, 644 KB).

Organizations and individuals who have been nominated and recognized throughout the calendar year will be invited to attend the annual Eye on Safety Awards Ceremony.

Tier 1: $5 gift card

Be caught in the act! Tier 1 awards are given for actions that prevent or reduce the impact of a potential accident/incident or injury to persons, and/or help maintain the secure operation of the airport.

Tier 2: $25 gift card

Tier 2 awards are given for actions that prevent or reduce the impact of a potential accident/incident or injury to persons, and/or actions that help maintain the secure operation of the airport. Tier 2 includes the Suspicious Sam award for security vigilance.

Tier 3: $50 gift card

Tier 3 awards recognize organizations or individuals at the airport for carrying out safe/secure actions that go above and beyond expectations. There are eight categories in Tier 3.
