This month we recognized Vincent Rivera, Specialist, Baggage Operations for regularly identifying and reporting safety concerns and technical issues. Vincent ensures that these problems are immediately investigated and resolved. Vincent remains alert and takes action to keep the airport environment safe and free from hazards for all employees working at Toronto Pearson.
