Meet Pearson’s Community Ambassadors

This trio will be out engaging communities across the GTA this summer

Our business may be in the skies, but Pearson is hitting the road. This summer, our Community Ambassadors will crisscross the GTA to support neighbourhood events, join celebrations and host workshops that introduce youngsters to the world of aviation.

Through interactive games and fun activities, they will share information about the wide range of career opportunities available at Pearson as the airport undertakes a major expansion. Could you be a pilot? An air traffic controller? A ramp agent? Or a maintenance engineer? Our Ambassadors will help you find out with a quiz that matches you to your dream airport job.

The Ambassadors will also host workshops for kids at libraries and community centres, where paper airplane making and dressing up as aircraft marshalling ground crew will be on the agenda.

We have recruited three university students, Hailey Ebedes, Vishwa Rajasegar and Jasmeen Swarn, to lead the charge as we connect with residents across the communities we serve.

Look out for the team at an event near you this summer. In the meantime, find out more about our talented trio below.
