We've divided up how we handle lost and found items in an effort to get your belongings back to you as quickly as possible.
All lost checked baggage and items lost on board an aircraft are the responsibility of the airline. In these cases, please contact the airline directly.
For lost passports, please contact the Canada Border Services Agency's dedicated number at Toronto Pearson: 905-676-5380.
For lost Nexus cards please contact the Nexus Office directly at 905-676-3477.

Any items found in our terminal buildings are turned into the Toronto Pearson’s Lost and Found Office in Terminal 1. To inquire on your lost item please contact them directly at email@example.com. You may also speak with a Lost and Found Coordinator directly at the Lost and Found office located on the ground level of Terminal 1 from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. daily.
Items turned into the Toronto Pearson’s Lost and Found are stored for 30 days from the date we receive the item.
To better serve passengers, wheelchair and mobility assistance service is readily available to you through the airlines operating at Toronto Pearson. To pre-arrange this service, please contact your airline directly.

Submit a noise complaint using WebTrak. WebTrak is an online tool that provides near-real time and historical flight data so community members can investigate aircraft operations from any computer with internet access. WebTrak makes it easy for our neighbours and others to see what’s overhead, and convenient to submit a noise complaint. It’s also available 24/7.
To make a noise complaint by telephone, contact the Noise Management Office at (416) 247-7682. Our office hours are Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Outside office hours, a prompted voice mail service will allow you to leave a complete and detailed message.
Please fill in the form below and be sure to carefully fill in all the mandatory fields. If you would like a callback from one of the Noise Office, please be sure check “yes” in the complaint form.
