Now landed: Welcome to Toronto Pearson’s new and improved website.

It’s time for better transit

Pearson employees spend close to 500 hours a year getting to and from work.
If you’re one of the 50,000 airport workers or among the 300,000 working in the Airport Employment Zone, you know first-hand how road congestion and limited transit connections can significantly increase the amount of time you spend getting to and from work.

What is the Airport Employment Zone?

The area around Pearson Airport, which is the second largest employment area in Canada. It includes portions of Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton.

How long will you wait?

If we don’t do something about it, traffic in the region will only continue to grow, making our daily commutes even longer. By improving transit connections to Pearson Airport and the Airport Employment Zone, we will not only ease road congestion, but also improve our quality of life.

We’re calling on all levels of government to make investments that support improved transit connectivity to Pearson Airport and the Airport Employment Zone.
