Therapy dogs
As part of the Toronto Pearson Welcome Team Volunteer Program, you’ll find the SJA Therapy dogs and their handlers walking through Terminals 1 and 3 on a flexible rotation. Feel free to approach the dogs and pet them while you’re here!
Addie
Addie loves cuddles, backyard patrols and a clever game of fetch—she even knocks the ball down the stairs to keep it going! She adores giving and getting love from passengers, making every day more fun.
Bram
Bram is the ultimate laid-back companion who loves swimming, hiking, car rides and rolling in the grass or snow. A true people-lover, he soaks up ear scratches, head pats and belly rubs, patiently cuddling at your feet or resting his head in your lap.
Brandy
Brandy is a gentle soul who loves the outdoors, from walks to backyard fun or cottage adventures. She adores making friends, belly rubs and spreading smiles. And as a true retriever, she never says no to a tasty treat!
Caleb
Caleb loves cuddles, walks and a good swim to keep him happy and active. He’s always excited to meet new people and make friends. And for his birthdays? Only the finest steak, grilled to perfection, will do!
Charli
Charli’s heart melts at the sound of children laughing. Nothing makes her happier than a tail wag or cuddle! She loves greeting travelers at the airport, and as a Canadian Champion, she pairs show-dog elegance with a free-spirited love of adventure and spreading happiness.
Daisey
Daisey loves spreading smiles, greeting travelers and curling up for a sunny nap after a busy day. She knows just how to comfort people, pose for photos, and shine both at the terminal and on her own Instagram!
Dakota
Dakota is a bundle of energy, chasing squirrels, playing with his brother Connor and chewing just about anything! He loves giving nose boops and pats. He’s calm on the job but pure chaos off-duty!
Dasher
Dasher lives for three things: frisbees, treats and perfectly timed naps. She’s always excited to meet new people and brighten their day. And true to her name, she loves to run fast—like, really fast!
Francine
Francine is a frisbee-loving hiker who loves road trips, especially to NY! She adores meeting travelers and staff, and as a loving big sister, she always checks in on Marsha when she gets home.
Islay
Islay is a friendly social butterfly, always excited to greet people and dogs alike. She spreads joy and calm at the airport, and snowy winter days are her absolute favorite, perfectly toasty in her double coat!
Kahlua
Kahlua could chase a ball forever, and happily will if you let him! He’s all about giving (and getting!) love, and if you don’t pet him fast enough, he’ll politely “talk” you into it.
Maggie
Maggie is a cuddle expert with puppy dog eyes that win over anyone, especially at mealtime! She has a knack for sensing stress and spreading calm and loving belly rubs and scratches along the way.
Marley
Marley’s happiest at the cottage, kayaking, paddle boarding, swimming and napping in the sunshine like a pro. She’s a total foodie with a “see-food” diet and a love for pizza, and she adores meeting new friends with ear rubs, scratches, and VIP belly rubs.
Ranger
Ranger is a playful water lover who can’t resist pool splashes or a game of fetch. He adores making new friends and soaking up attention. And when he’s not zooming around or napping in the sun, he’s patiently waiting for his favourite evening treat!
Reflection
Reflection’s always on the move: barking, chasing her sister, and mastering weaving poles and tunnels. She loves greeting passengers and staff while collecting the best scratches, and nothing beats a cozy trip to the trailer to relax!
Remi
Remi loves a good game of fetch, especially if it involves a bouncy ball! She adores meeting new friends and spreading joy. And when she gets the chance, she loves to “talk” and share her stories.
Reminder
Reminder is a bundle of energy, always chasing her sister or “herding” anything that dares to move. She loves saying hi and soaking up all the attention she can get. And watch out, she loves stepping on the talking buttons just for fun!
Remy
Remy is a total cuddle bug—there’s no such thing as too many snuggles! He loves greeting passengers, belly-up floor time, and in summer, serenading the neighbours with his squeaky squirrel toy on the balcony.
Rocket
Rocket loves hide-and-seek, catch in the park, cuddles (mostly with Dad!) and sunny backyard lounging. Meeting people and dogs, treats, car rides and zoomies keep him happiest, and he patiently waits for his evening reward!
Rufus
Rufus is all about long walks, car rides and chilling in the cool grass with his dog friends. He adores meeting passengers and staff, spreading smiles everywhere he goes. And his absolute favorite treat? Sweet potatoes!
Winnie
Winnie is a high-energy goofball who loves wrestling her stuffed animals, zooming around the house, and sprinting through the forest. She adores greeting passengers and soaking up attention, and at home, she can’t resist curling up in fresh, warm laundry!
