    Build your own three-egg, farm-fresh omelette by choosing from our list of meat, cheese, and vegetable fillings. Served with homefries and toast.

    We top local vanilla yogurt with dried apricots and cranberries, raisins, and crunchy granola.

    Ontario farm fresh eggs, with tomato, sauté onion, and goat cheese. Served with two slices of toast and potato hash.

  • Build Your Own Breakfast Sandwich

    Start with farm-fresh scrambled eggs and aged Thornloe Cheese Factory cheddar, then continue to customize your sandwich with our selection of premium breakfast meats.

    Bagels are chewy, dense bread that’s been hand rolled, boiled, and baked. We serve ours sliced in two and toasted, with your choice of spread. Made fresh daily.

  • Breakfast Burger

    Our breakfast burger is comprised of two 3.5 oz. Traynor Farms all-beef patties, applewood-smoked bacon, provolone cheese from Thornloe Cheese Factory, and a fried farm-fresh egg.

  • Butter Croissant

    We bake a croissant made with Classic French artisan techniques. All butter, natural ingredients, hand crafted, simple and perfect.

  • Banana French Toast

    Challah bread slices are griddled with a vanilla custard batter, served with caramelized bananas, and dusted with icing sugar to finish.

  • Peameal Bacon Sandwich

    Our chefs prepare four slices of grilled peameal bacon and layer it with French mustard and aged cheddar cheese. It is served on a soft golden bun from Ace Bakery.

  • American Cheeseburger

    We prepare two 3.5 oz. hand-crafted Traynor Farms burger patties with two slices of melted American cheese, shredded lettuce, and tomato. It is served on a classic burger bun baked daily from Ace Bakery.

  • Veggie Burger

    Our housemade 6-ounce black bean and lentil veggie patty is topped with guacamole and served on a brioche bun from Ace Bakery.

  • Bacon & Eggs

    We prepare two scrambled farm-fresh eggs and pair it with crispy bacon, two slices of toast, and potato hash with sautéed peppers and onions.

  • Spinach & Onion Omelette

    Our chefs use three farm-fresh eggs to create this omelette, then fill with sautéed spinach and caramelized onions. Served with a side of toast and potato hash.

  • Ham & Cheese Omelette

    We create this omelette with three farm-fresh eggs, then fill it with country ham and melted cheese. Served with a side of toast and potato hash.

  • Chorizo Hash

    Our chefs toss spicy chorizo sausage with crispy hash potatoes, roasted red peppers, sautéed onions, and topped with two sunny side-up eggs.

  • Western Sandwich

    In between three pieces of toasted white bread, we place scrambled eggs, onions, red peppers, cheddar, and ham. Served with hash potatoes.

  • Monte Cristo

    We prepare French toast with fresh challah bread, then layer with ham and provolone cheese. Served with hash potatoes.

    Two pieces of warm, crispy toast.

  • Home Fries

    Crispy, golden-fried Idaho potatoes lightly seasoned with Nobel seasoning and green onions.

  • Peameal

    We griddle cured boneless pork loin rolled in corn-meal until crispy.

  • Sausage

    Three Ontario's farmer pork sausage links are griddled to a deep brown.

    Three crispy strips of Prince applewood-smoked bacon.

  • Wild Blueberry Muffin

    This fresh and moist muffin is made with all-natural ingredients such as organic Ontario wild blueberries.

    Crushed walnuts join fresh bananas, brown sugar and buttermilk in this sweet and hearty treat.

    We prepare a fresh banana muffin made from brown sugar and rich buttermilk.

    Our thick-cut, battered and fried rings are made with onions from Gomes Farm.
