Are you travelling through Pearson and have a question? As part of our response to COVID-19, we’ve introduced new ways for passengers to reach us, reduced the number of employees physically working in the terminals, including at our passenger information desks.

But we’re still available to answer questions as we’ve introduced hands-free video chat and speakerphone capabilities at select information desks in Terminals 1 and 3. Passengers can now walk up to the desk and be connected with a Passenger Customer Service Representative by video, or through speakerphone, helping to minimize the amount of physical contact required. 

Online Live Chat is also now available, allowing passengers to connect with a Passenger Customer Service Representative online either through their desktop or their smartphone at torontopearson.com/contactus.
