Hearing loops

Hearing loops help people with hearing aids or cochlear implants hear speech more clearly by reducing background noise.

When you switch your hearing aid or cochlear implant to the “T” (telecoil) setting, the sound from the person speaking is sent directly to your device.

At Toronto Pearson, hearing loops are available at many locations throughout the airport, including information desks and check-in counters. These locations are marked with the universal hearing loop symbol.
