Families travelling through Terminal 3 will now find a dedicated Family Zone designed to make the arrivals experience more comfortable and convenient.
The new Family Zone features designated Primary Inspection Kiosk (PIK) machines configured specifically for families. To keep young travellers engaged, the area also includes interactive sensory boards positioned next to the kiosks. These features are designed to help occupy children while guardians complete required processing steps, creating a smoother experience for everyone.
The space has also been enhanced with a colourful family-friendly mural that helps create a welcoming and positive environment for arriving passengers.
The new Family Zone reflects Pearson's ongoing commitment to improving the passenger experience and creating accessible, inclusive spaces that meet the needs of all travellers.
