New this year, we are including a Youth Career Discovery Stream that will offer youth exposure to the careers at Pearson, interactive learning, skills awareness and a guided exploration of airport-related career pathways.
Pearson’s workforce is projected to grow significantly over the next decade. Pearson LIFT (Long–term Investment in Facilities and Terminals) will enable the airport to accommodate up to 65 million passengers annually by the early-to-mid 2030s, adding roughly 16,000 jobs at Pearson.
The Career Expo is designed to help build a strong and sustainable workforce. By connecting employment-ready individuals and youth with career pathways at Pearson, the event increases awareness of the diverse careers available at Toronto Pearson and supports long-term career development.
