A taste of Peru lands at Terminal 1

Discover the flavours of Peru at Brasa Peruvian Kitchen.

Travellers passing through Terminal 1 Domestic post-security can now taste something new: Brasa Peruvian Kitchen, a flavour-first quick-service concept built around bowls, salads and protein smoothies.

The brand is the work of Toronto-based founder Michel Falcon, who set out to introduce more people to the culture of Peru through food that feels familiar but tastes distinct, grounded in ingredients from the Pacific Ocean, the Andes Mountains and the Amazon Rainforest. In the kitchen, Chef Guillermo and Chef Jose bring hands-on Peruvian culinary expertise to every dish.

“This is a defining moment for Brasa,” said Michel Falcon, founder and CEO of Brasa Peruvian Kitchen. “Toronto Pearson is one of the most important gateways in North America. To bring our food, our culture, and our hospitality to travellers from around the world is incredibly meaningful for us. We’re extremely thankful to have the support of the Banmore Group and Toronto Pearson.”

Brasa joins Pearson's growing lineup of Toronto-owned brands, reflecting the airport's ongoing effort to give travellers a genuine taste of the city (and the world) before they even board.
