    As Toronto Pearson’s passenger traffic continues to grow, we’re using our Infield Terminal (IFT) gates to provide a more comfortable departure and arrival experience for some airlines at peak times.


    How do I know if I am flying through the Infield Terminal?

    This summer, passengers flying on Aer Lingus, WOW, Azores, Icelandair, Primera, Condor and Ukraine International will be arriving and departing at the Infield Terminal.


    Where do I check-in for a flight through the Infield Terminal?

    Passengers with flights departing from the Infield Terminal gates will arrive for their flight, check in, go through customs and security processes and check and reclaim baggage at Terminal 3. They will be directed by their airline to the bus bay for pick-up or drop-off at the Infield Terminal gates.


    How do I get to and from the Infield Terminal?

    Buses to the Infield gates will run continuously for departing flights. Passengers should allow sufficient time for boarding and travel to the Infield facility to ensure they will reach their gate by the boarding time specified by their airline. The journey to takes approximately 10 minutes by bus, giving passengers an exciting view of the airfield in motion while they travel. Please arrive early at the Infield Terminal to allow time for transportation to your gate and boarding on-time.

    Passengers arriving on flights that use the Infield gates will be taken by bus directly to the Terminal 3 Canada Border Services Agency hall for processing through customs, then will reclaim their baggage or make their connection in the Terminal 3 baggage hall.


    What services are at the Infield Terminal?

    The Infield Terminal is equipped with six bridged gates, washrooms, lounges, information desks, and some retail and food amenities. Passengers are free to use the shops, restaurants and services in Terminal 3 before boarding the bus to the Infield Terminal, as services at the Infield gates are limited.
