New Canadian leisure carrier makes YYZ its hub

We are thrilled to announce that Canada Jetlines, the new all-Canadian leisure carrier, has chosen Toronto Pearson as its international travel hub. The airline will operate flights, including charter, to destinations throughout Canada, the U.S., Caribbean and Mexico beginning later this summer. Canada Jetlines will utilize a fleet of Airbus 320s and will provide passengers with yet another travel option at affordable prices.

“As we look to a brighter future as travel restrictions continue to ease, new partnerships such as this one will be vital to driving Canada’s post-pandemic recovery,” shared Janik Reigate, Director, Strategic Customer Relationships at the Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA).

This is both exciting and timely news for our industry as we approach the popular summer travel season. We look forward to supporting our airline partners as they continue to grow.
