Rosemary provides customer service and safety across our parking facilities at both our terminals. “Parking is the first link in an essential passenger’s journey so that’s why it is important to make a great first impression,” says Rosemary.
“I teach my team new techniques and approaches to problem solve by getting them involved in every step of the operation. That way, they better understand why we do what we do and can help customers in any unique situation,” says Rosemary. “This approach came in handy during the pandemic when our customers were stranded in other countries and stressed. We were able to go above and beyond by listening to them and helping them in any way we could.”
“We demonstrate what the ASQ award is all about—providing excellent customer service,” adds Rosemary. “Our team works hard to ensure our passengers are safe and their feedback is heard.”
