Meet Megha, Assistant Manager at Plaza Premium Lounge.
Megha has been working at Pearson for 17 years, managing and supervising the daily operations of the Plaza Premium Lounges at Pearson and the ALLWAYS Meet & Greet concierge service. “I train, coach, and mentor employees on how to deliver the best customer service,” says Megha. “What I love most about my job is that I get to interact with so many other employees at Pearson, all with the same goal of delivering excellent services to our passengers.
“First impressions go a long way, so with everything from registering and checking in guests at the lounge to answering any questions they may have, every detail is noticed and helps improve the passenger experience,” explains Megha.
“The ASQ award is not only a testament to the customer service that we try to provide, but also to how strongly we are committed to delivering a Healthy Airport experience,” says Megha. “All our staff take every health and safety precaution to ensure we make passengers and our fellow employees feel safe at the airport.”
