Meet James, who takes the stress out of travelling

Thanks to this personalized service, essential passengers receive a one-on-one dedicated Guest Services Officer, whether they’re departing, arriving or connecting to another flight. They handle their bags (or collect them for arriving passengers), guide them through the airport—including through security—and even act as a personal shopper and arrange an airport lounge stay. 

“We strive to make the whole travel experience as seamless as possible,” says James. "Whether you find travelling stressful, haven’t flown in a while or are worried about a family member navigating the airport alone, we can make it easy.” 

“During the pandemic, I’m glad I can assist a wide variety of people and quell their worries about travelling,” says James. “It is made easier by the many Healthy Airport initiatives that Pearson has put in place to keep all essential passengers safe.” 

“I’m proud of this award since my colleagues and I always strive for excellent customer service at every touchpoint,” says James.
