Meet Dan, Screening Point Manager, GardaWorld

In celebration of our fourth “Best large airport in North America” win and our new “Best hygiene measures in North America” recognition in ACI World’s Airport Service Quality (ASQ) survey, we’re profiling the people who made it happen—our employees! Meet Dan, Screening Point Manager, GardaWorld. 

Dan manages the pre-board screening and hold baggage screening checkpoints, all while maintaining our Healthy Airport environment.

Going above and beyond for employees and passengers alike comes second nature to Dan. “On one of my recent shifts this summer, I noticed a passenger in medical distress after being screened. Realizing that she was having a hypoglycemic episode, I quickly jumped into action, purchasing her food and alerting our first responders immediately.”

“For me, the ASQ award is all about providing excellent customer service,” adds Dan. “We care about each other and our passengers, and it shows (thanks to this award and how we show up each day).”
