Meet Charanpreet, who serves up a warm smile along with delicious sandwiches

From directing staff to ensuring that food safety, meal prep and cleanliness standards are upheld, Charan’s days are filled with many tasks, “but my number one priority is to serve my customers in the best way possible,” she says.   
Exceptional customer service is the key ingredient to running this successful restaurant. “We see clientele as guests, not customers,” Charan says. “We take their feedback to heart so we can improve our dining experience. And, of course, we always make sure they are getting fresh sandwiches and salads,” she adds.  
The cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders extends beyond Subway. “I feel blessed to be part of Toronto Pearson, so I try to not just help our guests but others as well. If I see a passenger looking for a gate, for instance, I will show them where to go,” Charan explains.  

“I love working at Pearson, and being able to help passengers, frontline workers, our dedicated Subway staff and many others; it makes me proud to be part of this community.”
