It’s a three-peat for Pearson! We’re the Best Large Airport in North America for the third year in row

We’re always putting our passengers first and are committed to constantly improving the passenger experience.

In 2019, we added 26 new retail stores, restaurants and other services, supported the expansion of flight services to India, Italy, the United States, Mexico City, Barcelona and added new direct routes to Quito, Ecuador and Daytona Beach, Florida. We also focused on improving our accessibility features, with new assisted changerooms, post-security pet relief areas and the introduction of Aira, a smartphone app that helps passengers who are blind or low vision navigate the airport independently.
