Pearson plays a role in the 2019 Canadian International Air Show

Before and after the official Air Show dates (August 31 to September 2), air show performers and their aircraft will be arriving and departing from Pearson, as well as preparing their maneuvers for performance.

The show itself takes place from August 31 to September 2 and will include performances by the Royal Air Force’s (RAF) Red Arrows, a United States Air Force Black Hawk Helicopter, RAF A400M and the beloved Canadian Forces Snowbirds.

The Air Show has been delighting Toronto-area audiences every Labour Day weekend for 70 years as the grand finale to the Canadian National Exhibition. The aircraft follow strict safety regulations and only conduct their aerobatic maneuvers within a dedicated airspace out over Lake Ontario – far from spectators and communities.
