Employee discount at the Healthy Travel Testing Clinic

The GTAA and Switch Health are offering airport employees a discount on PCR and Antigen COVID-19 tests at the Healthy Travel Clinic in the Value Park Garage (Level 3). Employee pricing is available to all asymptomatic airport workers. Offer is subject to change.

Research your testing requirements

  • You are responsible to research what type of test you need and how far in advance to book your test.

Plan your test

  • The testing clinic is located in the Value Park Garage. It is open 5am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
  • Appointments and walk-ins are accepted at the in-person clinic.
  • Drive through service is not available for employee appointments.
  • Anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 must follow the local public health guidelines for self-isolation and quarantine.

Book your test online and pay at your appointment

  • Book online to receive the discount and then pay when you arrive for your appointment and show your valid airport ID.
  • If valid airport ID (RAIC or equivalent) is not presented at the time of payment, full price applies.

Getting your results

Your results will be provided to you electronically through the Switch Health booking application, to the contact method that you choose at the time of registration. Toronto Pearson does not provide your results.

Do I need to make a reservation?
Appointments are strongly recommended, but walk-ins are welcomed. Remember, drive through service is not available for employee appointments. Make your reservations through the Switch Health portal healthyairportemployee.ca using the password GTAATesting2021! 

How long is the reduced pricing available for?
Employee pricing for COVID-19 tests at the Switch Health Clinic is an ongoing offer for all airport workers. The offer is subject to change.

How much does it cost?
The cost depends on what test you need. Price information is available on the Switch Health portal healthyairportemployee.ca using the password GTAATesting2021! 

Where do I go to get my test?
Switch Health’s testing facility is located at the Value Park Garage (VPG). The traditional, in-person clinic is located on VPG Level 3.

Who does the testing at Toronto Pearson?
Switch Health will be conducting the testing at Toronto Pearson, under contract by the Greater Toronto Airports Authority.

How do I know what kind of test I need?
Research the type of COVID-19 test you require before booking a test or arriving at the airport. What kinds of tests are available?
Switch Health is offering Antigen, PCR, and other common internally accepted tests. Learn more about each type of test on the Switch Health portal https://healthyairportemployee.ca.

Where do I get my results?
Switch Health will notify you once your results are ready to review. Once notified, log on to Switch Health’s patient portal to view your results. You will be able to view, download and print your results. If you have questions or concerns, please contact Switch Health at results@switchhealth.ca or 647-977-1030.

How long does it take to get my results?

What time of day is testing available?
Testing is available in at the Value Park Garage (VPG), 5am to 10pm, 7 days a week.
