The Government of Ontario this afternoon announced that it will allow 24-hour service of beverage alcohol at the province’s airports. The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) commends the Province on its decision, which will result in greater choice and flexibility for our valued passengers, who have come to expect 24-hour beverage alcohol service from travelling through many other airports around the world.

“With a large international and diverse passenger base, it is more important than ever to provide choice to our consumers in a responsible manner,” said Scott Collier, Vice President, Customer and Terminal Services at the GTAA. “The announcement around 24-hour service allows us to elevate our offerings to our valued passengers.”

The GTAA is committed to working closely with the provincial government as this change is implemented at Toronto Pearson.
