We can’t wait until the 8th Annual Toronto Pearson Runway Run!

Thank you to all those who joined us for the 7th Annual Toronto Pearson Runway Run! We were thrilled to host more than 3,000 members of our community for the 5K run and the 2K walk.

Events like the Runway Run play an important part in building community connections through our Toronto Pearson Community Relations program, which aims to build relationships and understanding between the Toronto Pearson Community and our neighbours who live by, work around, and travel through our airport.

Through the Toronto Pearson Community Investment Program, we continue to support community development initiatives, like Playing for Keeps (P4K), in partnership with the Toronto Community Foundation, and the Teen Run Group Therapy Program, through Trillium Health Services, and Arts for Children and Youth (AFCY), which have a positive, direct impact and visible connection to our neighbouring communities.

We would like to extend a heartfelt thanks to our wonderful sponsors who play a significant role in making the Runway Run possible year after year! Because of their support, we have raised over $150,000. Check out our full list of our sponsors.

The Runway Run wouldn’t be the event it is today without the more than 200 volunteers who are up with the sun to assist with everything from set up, to handing out water bottles, to security, and parking. It is because of these individuals that we had yet another extraordinary Runway Run.
