Activity Permits
Toronto Pearson is Canada's busiest airport, serving more than 30 million passengers in 2009 and handling more than 400,000 aircraft movements. With 35,000 employees representing airlines, government agencies, service providers, and the airport authority, Toronto Pearson is a city within the city.
To maintain safe, secure and efficient operations at Toronto Pearson, all non-operational activities by airlines and tenants must be approved through the Activity Permit process before they commence.
Please note that as of June 18, 2011, training, videography and filming for commercial purposes will no longer be permitted at Toronto Pearson.
Also, please note that on October 11, 2011, Activity Permit requests received from airlines and tenants operating at Toronto Pearson will be handled by the Marketing and Commercial Development department. Activity Permit Applications should be submitted to tenair.activity@gtaa.com.
To obtain an Activity Permit, applicants must carry a minimum of $2 million commercial general liability insurance for their activity and accept the Terms and Conditions of the Activity Permit.
To proceed, select your activity type below, read and accept the Terms and Conditions. Then complete, save, attach and send the completed application form in an e-mail to tenair.activity@gtaa.com.

Note: Applications must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to the date of your activity or may be subject to late charges.
