    To maintain safe, secure and efficient operations at Toronto Pearson, all non-operational activities including commercial filming/photography must be approved through the GTAA before commencing.

    All Activity and Filming Permit requests will be handled by the Guest and Terminal Services department.

    Obtaining Activity Permits

    Activity Permits are required for (but not limited to) such events as: holiday parties or receptions, airline anniversary events, barbecues, charitable events, airport surveys and tours.

    To obtain an Activity Permit, applicants must:

    • Carry a minimum of $2 million commercial general liability insurance;
    • Accept the Terms and Conditions; and
    • Complete the GTAA Emergency Reporting Evacuation Procedures for Special Events form.

    Note: Applications must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to the date of your activity or may be subject to late charges.

    Any activity being conducted in a restricted area that requires equipment, decor or any type of material must be accompanied by a Material Movement Form.

    If you require further information regarding this process, please contact us directly via email at activity.permit@gtaa.com or by phone at (416) 776-7398.
